How do you stop hating yourself?

So because of my beautiful face structure and eye folds and massive penis (depending on where you are in the world), self hatred is something I will unfortunately never be able to understand. But for a friend of mine who keeps thinking in his brain "I hate myself! I hate myself! I fking hate myself!" over and over again, what would be your advice to him?

I'm looking for something beyond "rope it" because this friend really wants to know one day how it feels like to cram his face inbetween a girls asscheecks wearing yoga pants, so knowing that day will come one day, he doesn't want to rope it,
