Practice and IQ. Mathematics is mostly about practice and learning new methods to solve problems unless you wanna be a mathematician. Physics however requires a higher IQ so that could be a bottleneck in your case since you suffer from fetal alcohol syndrome

the reason i didnt like mathematics in school was the amount of practice you needed to be good at it. Physics on the other hand just required you to have solid knowledge on the fundamentals of maths and then find creative ways to solve problems
Maths was more about learning xyz methods to solve an equation than actual creativity

Basic Math and reading. Not any intermediate or expert stuff tbh. Most of them are just your average joe tbh.
