How do you take MK-677?

Just took last night after eating, holy fuck it tastes like shit. Am I supposed to mix it with water?
Also do I need to take it in an empty stomach.
Just ate 2 mcmuffins and 800kcal of homemade food and still not full.

Mk makes you very hungry, very hard to leanmax while on it, thank god I'm done with it.

Tastes like fucking battery acid so I put some water in my mouth then squirt the mk in as well and chug that shit down with more water. Some people take it with juice. Also, I like to take it right before bed a few hours after eating.

4 days and still no effects on height however the sleep is great, only slept like 5hrs yesterday and it felt like it was 8hrs. (also now gets morning wood even on naps).

Skin is now more white and feels like it helps a lot.
Weight still fluctuates between 78kg to 80kg.
PR went up.
Squat from 105kg to 115kg.
Bench from 70kg to 75kg.
Height still 180cm morning and 178cm evening.
