usually the hip area/below waist area, i've seen people pin quads but i wouldnt recommend it, too many nerve endings there and it could hurt a ton (there are professionals who do pin quads, they could recommend it, dont take my word on it)

look up a video on where to pin and clomid or nolvadex just for like a month it really depends on how long ur taking it but for 200 i would do like 20 weeks or u will get less results

could go higher but hesitant considering im very small, around 5’5-5’6 and 125lbs bulking up though i’ve gained 30lbs in the last few months
