How do you take your mind off food?

Besides reta and other peptides/drugs, how do you not get bored so that you want to eat?

Like back when I was in uni I just was so busy that I couldn't but for now I'm a NEET so I need to find something to keep me busy. What worked for you?
 
it u dont wanna do reta or some other drugs just smoke nic even though its still a drug jfl or take zynz or some shi supressing the fuck out your appetite but it fucks everything else over so its really just how bad do you wanna get leaner ig

I specifically asked for no drugs and you recommended nicotine, so I'm asking you if you don't consider nicotine as a drug
i mean i did say even though its still a drug and it is way more obtainable then reta and tbh if you dont have the willpower to not eat you might needa drugmaxx or some shit its really not that hard to just not eat jfl

I guess I phrased my question wrong, I'm primarily looking for things to do in my free time as a NEET so that I don't get so bored that I start craving food.

I already dropped from 220 lbs to 180lbs and I'm trying to push to 170 (I'm 6'3) and it's hard since I don't got anything to do. Maybe I'll go find a part time job but it's too much of a commitment as I could get a proper job soon with my degree

i mean id just say stay busy forsure fast 2-3 hours before you go to sleep and when you wake u arent fasting eat processed protein idgaf what anybody says the protein to cal ratios on ultra processed shi is so crazy for cutting put your carbs around your workouts if you do any at all and yeah its still hella important to just stay busy
