I am 17 at the moment, and i am shorter then most of my peers, and lack facial hair,
so i was wondering what some of the signs of begin a late bloomer is?

Facial hair is already a good indicator

Test is what tells your body when to stop growing so lack of facial hair =lack of test = more time to develop

Also the size of your feet, I read about a coach that spots future talents by looking at the size of their feet, if they're abnormally big for their height then chances are they'll hit a growth spurt
