How do you tell if your bloated af or just boneless in general

I am 21%bf but have a ton of bloat on face would I benefit by leanmax I can feel my zygos and jaw when I touch my face. but isn’t too visible have chubby cheeks and submental fat is it an indication that I am boneless?
