How do you tell when you hit an artery in the face?

I was just injecting bac water into my zygos when I pulled the needle out a large amount of blood dripped down, first time it happened ngl and i did the exact same points I always did. Does this mean I likely just hit a vein?, I did go bone deep though so I’m not sure if it’s an artery. How can you reliably tell, I practiced aspiration aswell for diy filler and no blood came into the syringe (idk if it’s meant to with an insulin needle).

Would appreciate some advice, thanks.

It’s to practice for diy filler lol, plus it gave me 2-4mm of projection btw and lasts 24h

mein digga look at my posts before you assume, also filler has its place and its fear mongered but filler on your zygos is js stupid plenty of better options out there, if you cant afford them turn into wage slave for a bit or if youre too young to work you shouldnt be doing diy filler anyway

Im getting filler (DIY chin and 1-2 points of zygos, other aread will be at a clinic) either way after fat grafting, there’s different types of filler as you know which are harder and some more softer. Idrc about the idea of migration because that has too many factors/ variables which makes the risk higher e.g as you should know the technique, experience, what type of filler, how much is used etc… but realistically if done properly migration is not going to happen, ofc you’ll have to dissolve every 5 maybe more years but I’m fine with that until I can afford implants. But my current surgical list alone is going to cost me upwards of 20k to just fix my eye area which is my main priority
