Just measure your Fhwr. In my opinion that's the most important thing to consider in this case.

If it's close to 1:1 like in the first picture then you should get it

Imo, you should never reduce the jaw and I mean never. A big jaw is not just a sign of good development but also a sexual dimorphism.

If yours actually looks similar to in the 'before' pic then my guess was right and you're more of a mentalcel than bad-looking. That's why I asked you for a front profile pic.
