How do you track ip addresses?

I got a theory for targeting specific girls you see online. This is obviously for ascended chads or nt htns. Since girls enter hyper superficial and entitled mode online, the best way to increase your chances of dating/slaying stacy tier girls (regardless of what you autist say the world thinks their stacys), is by approaching them irl.

Which beings me to the title of the thread. If you can somehow get the ip address of the specific girl you want, find out where she is, go there, and approach her irl. Your chances of getting with her greatly increase. So, anybody know how to do this??

Its a more proactive strat then just waiting for stacys to come around or settling for beckys jn your environment. The internet has exposed us to all the stacys in our country. Well let's say you wanted to know where your crush Stacy lives. You know you have Stacy's IP, you can use it to track like the city district where she lives (and it's not guaranteed to be accurate always). So yeah, you could go walk around that district in hopes of running into her.
