its a bit annoying that you need time it right

I don't take them for this reason. I just know from experience using them as antidepressants that delayed orgasm starts after the first dose. All SSRIs and SNRIs are pretty much the same in this regard, I've been on many, so it doesn't matter which one.

They have minor gastrointestinal effects and can make you feel kind of weird in a vague indescribable way. Everyone reacts differently though.

I would not go on antidepressants daily if you don't need them. In fact, if it were me personally, I probably wouldn't even take a single dose, just to be careful, but I'm overly cautious. It probably wouldn't do anything, but I'd be wary of fucking with my brain chemistry just to last longer. There's probably a better fix as they make sex less enjoyable.
