Maybe, change your facial hair style? And for your hair style, you can check some r/MaleFashionAdvice or something.

Eppley weighs the negative ratings out with positive ratings. The amount doesn’t matter, it’s the ratio since he has had so many clients.

think Yaremchuck and Eppley are one of the only ones offering a full wrap-around implant. But contrary to eppley, yaremchuck's results look way more natural on average.

After Dr. Y tweaks them, I'll be extremely happy. The level of definition they gave is insane, and I have thick skin.

Dude, I have pics on there from when I was only slightly overweight like 8-15 lbs. And my face still looks bloated af. It might not even look different from now. I have keloid scars underneath my beard, so it's difficult to shave, but I am considering getting laser hair removal for my neck.

Fat guys rather getting surgery instead of putting the fork down will never stop to amaze me. Lose the weight first. If you get implants while fat they‘ll look comically oversized if you lose the extra weight at some point.

Also do they speak English?

I would not be surprised that there are surgeons who do custom implants. Somewhere in Brazil, or China for that matter.

But if they do not speak English, do not have results online to see, do not have materials to learn about their work, nor do they provide online consultations for international patients, they are as good as non-existent for the general market of custom implants.

He isn't fat or anything and I don't even think his underlying bone structure is deficient. There is something else that is giving him this pudgy rounded look. I see this in a lot of ethnics.

his bone structure isnt deficient per se but its definitely on the weaker side. legit a few more milimeters of bone all around his jaws would make him look better. you gotta understand because the skin isnt stretched out taut it bunches up around the cheeks and jaws and you get this pudgy look.

Though I don't think it is his fault necessarily. Lots of his patients are not suited for implants. You need to already have some definition to begin with and thin enough skin. You also can not be fat, old or recessed.

im not talking about your standard implants. what he needs is to get his entire lower half of the skull a few milimeters thicker in all 3 dimensions he would look better. like if there's a magical wrap around implant that covers his entire lower skull like a face mask. but such a thing is probably impossible. ppl bloatmax on implants because it only adds volume in certain localized spots when what they really need is a mms of bone all around to add just a little bit of extra bone volume and more importantly, stretch their skin taut
