like studies barely exist
& even the one's that exist, we can't tell whether it's transforming subhuman feature to human or below average feature to perfection

takes way too much time to find that

I also watched a surgeon explaining rhinoplasty, garry of something
He said tip is really hard & it's where most people want improvement

most people come with subhuman nose, hard to find similar cases
then there's swelling which makes the judgement even harder
good surgeons for rhinoplasty have much longterm result 3+ year on their website or socials. dont ever ask a surgeon as they all try to gaslight you to do surgery with them. and if they dont have longterm result they can show they have something to hide esp rhino. As its done frequently.

look at result from websites on the surgery you want to do, if there is a guy looking like you with similar result that you want its likely the surgeon will not botch you. the more of those result you see the more certain you can be on the aesthetic outcome. if you dont see any results at all, something is wrong and you are just a test subject.

but tip is true, many surgeon fuck up the tip, the thing is a bulbous tip is often fat under the skin and or the thickness of the skin which some surgeon doesnt touch. because if you do touch it wrongfully and make it narrower and less thick you risk skin death or skin issues. so you need good good surgeon for it who removes excess skin/fat without removing so much so impairing the blood flow and risking some bad sideeffects. but not doing anything and just removing cartiallage will make the it more inflammed under and creates scartissue that will might make the nose even worse.

its a good procedure but it all depends on how your nose look. if you got thin skin and you see the cartillage edges and conturs its good. the less you see and the thicker the skin. it wont really do much and could create like a hollow under the skin were you get inflammed and get scar tissue after surgery.
