Here is how I see it
Conception to age 14: childhood
15-24 Young Adult/Adolescence
25-45 Prime Adult
45-65 Middle age
65-75 Early Old Age
75 plus Old Age/Maturity.
This is pretty much according to Psychological studies including Erikson's theory of development .
