put your lips and tongue in the same position you would use when you are blowing some shit like candles hard, that's the position you want

Then blow outwards but in a controlled fashion, basically like you are blowing a candle, but you arent forcing out so much air, you are controlling how much air you are blowing out, your cheeks arent expanding from excess air etc, eventually you will get a sound and learn to control it and the pitch i guess
