How do you widen your mouth without uncanny looking scar tissue

If you do mouth cutting, that's exactly what it's going to be.

do they actually work? I've always thought if they do then they would also cause loose skin on the lower third possibly causing jowls?

As negative said you can do a mouth widening device but they might be cope and would take a very long time, if you try cutting know that it doesn't actually widen the lips just makes a slit in the mouth it does help a bit though, use a scalpel, disinfect, apply Vaseline after.

Also you can do a commissuroplasty it's the cleanest result but ofc surgery and all of that stuff
