This may be my most retarded question but its a genuine one, I have never really worked out at a gym or had any routine so idk what the fuck I'm doing but I want to start, also do i just walk into that bitch and start lifting or what. I can just imagine being at a gym hella awkwardly not knowing what the fuck to do.:feelswhy:

You have something called a split. What is it? The split of your muscles. What muscles will you hit today? How many times a week will you train? That type of stuff. You could've easily searched something up on YT and got the answer to this, but here are a few splits: Bro Split, PPL (Push, Pull, and Legs), and UL REST UL Rest U (U = Upper, L = Lower).

Pick whatever works best for you and your routine.

Start doing a split you enjoy, eat enough carbs, protein, fat. Don’t do much single joint actions and focus on compounds (if you’re a beginner).

Depends on your weight and height, you need to do a bulk/cut/maintenance etc. check your tdee to know how much you need to cut/bulk
