How do you write a long thread?

In the sense of you edit it a lot of time over months. ugh why is my english so bad i dont know how to say it.
I want to write an in depth thread that takes months, but i also want to post other stuff in the meantime, yet when i want to post other stuff I see my thread in the preview section. Where can i write it?

Is dming myself possible and then i write the thread there?

Then once your main thread is finished, copy paste it into org, and do the formatting in 30-45 mins

Okay so there is no efficient way to do it in .org directly? regarding all the spoilers and stuff it would be more easy to do it in org but not possible?

I want to understand what the fuck causes brain fog and the role of carbs in diets. ppl say that gluconeogenesis is bad for the brain performance. And you also see how anorexic ppl get constant brain fog due to lack of eating. Yet when you eat a lot of carbs then you get brain fog but at the same time carbs are important for the brain because they do inflammation and its a way to keep the brain from protecting itself and to not let that skill fade away.

Okay maybe. I know a guy. He was on glp 1 and he said that it shuts down your signaling in your prefrontal cortex. Without knowing that he got on serious high doses of adderall trying to counter it and then fried his brain pathways with that.
