:unsure: how many calories? kind of diet? before and after pics welcome.

Anything between 1200 to 1500 calories a day. Imost calories coming from protein rich sources. I eat some fruit with vitamin C and potassium but not too much.

People underestimate how much they eat when they don’t count calories, I think is a good idea to count at least for a week with myfitnesspal and then eyeball thereafter
 
250-500 calories. 200 at first then dropped to closer to 500 on the later months.

Ate reasonably clean and still enjoyed going out tbh

I'm just doing food re-education. I've already used scales to weigh, I have an idea of how much I'm eating

bro a lot of factors play, its kinda impossible to know how many days or even months, dedication and discipline
 
1700-1900 depending on the day mostly oatmeal, fish and rice.

At first yeah but over time u weigh yourself and figure out what it takes and what ur body can handle.
