I'm currently in a 1000 cal deficit and have been for a month or so, but recently I've seen advice not to when I'm still growing. Will it affect my growth to a point where I should just eat my maintenance cals? I'm nearing the end of puberty and am 5'10 so I'm not too hopeful of being 6'+ anyways, regardless, should I drop the deficit? I still get just barely under my protein/carb goals each day and eat clean besides the occasional cheat day. any advice appreciated
