How does acne just go away in adults?

Many older people are like “ oh my acne just disappeared when I got older”. Like why is that exactly, what changes.

yeh i already know what causes it
when i was a fruitarian, acne all went away after like 2 weeks
but I like processed food too much
i'm gonna keep goping for at least another year
then I'll change

for me meat cuts that are high in saturated fat tend to trigger it, especially pork.

if you have specific areas that are prone to outbreaks i.e shoulders or inner chest you can use retinol preventatively to keep your pores open.
