How does bodyfatt% effect the lower third in such a way?

On the left I was like if I had to guess 10-8% bf
And on the right which is at the moment, like 12-13% bf.
I dont get it how chin looks bigger and longer on the right.
Also boyos which one do you think looks better?!

i think left - more hollowness in the cheeks. also the chin could look slightly bigger because of your facial expression - i dont think people normally store fat laterally in their chins (ie fat doesn't normally make the chin wider like this, it would increase its size all over from underneath too)
also i think your eyebrows look too overdone - no hate at all man, just something to think about. they look too groomed imo, looks feminine and try hard. i think they looked better in the left pic also
