How does bonesmashing work

I know bonesmashing does not actually re-model/re-shape your bones it's due to the fibrosis or something I do bonesmashing so how long on average does it take for results to appear

Don't worry about that, the first few weeks there will be a build up of swelling, so nothing is really there, but as you continue the projection will come out. Just be consistent
