A lefort 1 cut will have this impact on the eye area? To have an affect on the eye area don't you need to touch up the upper maxilla, paranasal region, infras - not the lower maxilla of which is generally moved during a CCW bimax

there are studies that have shown that impaction reduces a bit of scleral show. i don't think it is significant tho.
