This is a retarded post but i don’t wanna lose my money because i did it wrong. do i just copy the wallet number they gave me, transfer it from my crypto wallet and then email them a screenshot that i’ve done it? I’ve heard they fucking suck with any form of communication so is emailing them the proof the right way?

Normally the addresses they give you are for one-time payments if it's thru a payment processor as an intermediary, so email proof might not be necessary if the case.

Just copy the wallet address, copy the exact amount of cryptocurrency they're asking you to pay, then paste into your wallet and send.
