I'm cutting for this summer currently. Last summer I got fairly lean, but noticed that my face was still quite puffy at times. I wonder if loosing face fat or simply debloating your face if mostly about loosing bf% or if consuming loads of potassium and reducing sodium intake actually makes a big difference. Any suggestions?
