How does getting a rhinoplasty work?

Am I meant to just show them a picture of what I want it to look like similar to when you go to the barbers or will they take measurements and give me the ideal nose shape?

But it’s not like a barber where they just copy what you show the surgeon looks at your face shape, takes pics, and uses software to mock up what would actually suit you. They’ll measure nasal bridge, tip, all that. You won’t get a celeb nose copy pasted, but more like a version that fits your face. full results take months tho, so don’t expect instant glow-up. A foid that I knew did it some years ago, made her ascend very hard

Consult with them, show them how you would like it to look like, make them morph it, take a picture of the morph and make sure he won’t do shit that you didn’t ask for.

I got rhino surgeon didn’t do any of this shit - I just showed him a pic he’s like muh ok and my nose barely changed
