eq is a set of skills Like empathy, knowing what you feel, managing your reactions etc. we learn this things through life experiences but high iq people need less experience to take knowledge from them

lmao it’s fine eq and iq is very different people with high iq can get high eq if they treat it like something learnable

but anyone with low iq can get a high eq too it’s not really hard to learn but some people don’t discover it at all or have a mental disability that prevents them from it which is insanely brutal
