How does Katy perry get away with bad eye area

I dont get it. She has pretty close set eyes, her eyes length is short, she has neutral canthal tilt at best, without makeup there are some pics of her with dark cirles, eyes are rounded which is the least of the problem, theyre exposed out of her skull rather than inwards. So yeah, and dont start to talk about coloring cuz thats just the cherry on the top, like Shes not that attractive but shes still decently attractive but I dont get how she does it with bad eyes. Maybe its her other feature but I dont know any feature that she has thats really Good or maybe she has positive orbital vector ? Lol
