How does lefort 1 affect the philtrum?

cw will slightly make it longer, actually it depends on your situation and whats the best for you, if you need cw rotation then you probably have a tol short philtrum too so I wouldnt care about affect on philtrum tbh

i got a protruding philtrum. my two options are premolar extraction or lefort 1(not even sure about this, just coping i don't have to extract)
cw rotation will make the philtrum closer to being vertically straight, so my philtrum will protrude less

no thats not true, no one is getting cw rotation alone, there will always be a forward advanchement added lol if doctors would only give you cw youd be recessed
