How does low tsh affect height growth

I got my blood work done to check my phosphate levels on erda it came back as grade 1 hyperphosphatemia which is fine but i have low tsh levels at 0.62 miu/L how will this affect my height growth the doctor told me to get a tft blood test in 6 weeks to see if it becomes normal within this time period should i just get the tft blood test rn if if i have hyperthyroidism that would explain why i have a fucking 16 bone age at 14 and 10 months i also used to have extreme stress and sleep deprivation which could maybe explain it. What should i do depending on my results i dont want to my bone age to get raped anymore but my symptoms indicate to hyperthyroidism?
