5'10, 65kg, 18.5-19inch bideltoid (sliding door measurement)
Started lifting and actually eating properly months ago (starting weight 58kg) estimate my bodyfat now at <10%.
1rm is 80kg on bench (is that good)?
Can I hit 75kg bw by end of 2022 while staying lean (natty)?
Skin has obviously worsened during bulk but I'm working on it
