where do i even start with lsjl? firstly, im 15 (16 next month) around 179cm in the morning, 177-178 at night. i’m on mk (im not here to argue about whether that’s cope or not, but it has given me exceptional sleep and gym results), msm + glucosamine + hylauronic acid + chondroitin, huperzine a, zinc, magnesium and vit k2 (fuck d3 just get sun JFL it’s free). i’ve seen dudes like tyler gain height at 20-30 years old with this, and im wondering how i can start this. i get the general idea, but where exactly should i be putting pressure, how many sets a day, how long etc. i have a clamp from a microphone boom arm which im going to see if it fits around my knee, but otherwise what device should i buy for it. even just helpful videos that you know of would be all i need, im not expecting full guides from anyone on here
