How does one begin LSJL

where do i even start with lsjl? firstly, im 15 (16 next month) around 179cm in the morning, 177-178 at night. i’m on mk (im not here to argue about whether that’s cope or not, but it has given me exceptional sleep and gym results), msm + glucosamine + hylauronic acid + chondroitin, huperzine a, zinc, magnesium and vit k2 (fuck d3 just get sun JFL it’s free). i’ve seen dudes like tyler gain height at 20-30 years old with this, and im wondering how i can start this. i get the general idea, but where exactly should i be putting pressure, how many sets a day, how long etc. i have a clamp from a microphone boom arm which im going to see if it fits around my knee, but otherwise what device should i buy for it. even just helpful videos that you know of would be all i need, im not expecting full guides from anyone on here

put it on your knees or ankles or both if you want to (i prefer knee) then i js bed rot with em on my knees till i sleep so like 6-9 (3hrs) and then don’t get up js go to sleep.

how do you know how tight to go, and avoid having uneven pressure on each side? and roughly where on the knees do you clamp it?

i go on the kneecaps but some people do on the muscle for some reason and i don’t know why. go as tight as possible until a good amount of pressure, start off low tho so you don’t necessarily “overstimulate” your knee. To make sure they are even js be sure they feel the same and the way my clamps work is that they twist, so i js twist the same amount on each side. I’ve grown half a cm so far (one month) so i def don’t think it’s cope.

it’s low effort enough for me to not really worry about that. if there’s no growth after months then so be it
yeah, i know though i've been down that route. it just disappoints you either way.

you want height? get some elevator shoes :feelsokman:
