How does one cope with being a high-inhib sperg?

What can I even do to cope? I’ve tried everything, alcohol, phenibut, amphetamines, pregab, coke, ket, etc. Nothing touches the sides. I don’t get any enjoyment, nor can I approach foids easily. I’m pretty decent looking, but my worse-looking NT friends slay every week whilst barely having to try. Being ND truly is ropefuel.
