I swear I take 3,000 mg of potassium, cut sodium, and 3L of the day and well I guess I'm debloated but not to like where I have the cheekbones and I can still lose fat ig bc I still have some I swear potassium is cope what else other than dieuretics and peptides can help?

You have to take into account shi like sugar intake and cortisol increases or basic poor health choices. Stuff like lack of sodium will completely through off your electrolytes so still make sure to have some sodium within your diet

I dont recommend buccal fat removal, implants definitely do work if you are below 18 and yoı are already thinking about hardmaxx just do as much as you can before them. I think you wont need extra shit like buccal fat removal.

if you are 15 your bone developement wont significantly change but you can add onto them. I don't really recommend buccal fat removal.
