Wide jaw is obviously good but a lot of the time the wide jaw looks like this

Yes it wide but it makes the face look bloated, how does one go from a wide jaw like that to a wide jaw like this

Still wide asf but notice how the face is a lot more lean and the jaw is more defined. What is the difference between the two

You gave him more prominent Zygo's and a better gonial angle. Not sure if that's the cause though, I think it is but not sure.

Didn’t touch anything but the lower third

His ramus is longer and his gonial angle is more ideal, leading to a more angular face.

So the bloated jaw look is caused by a jaw that is wide but without the proper ramus length or Gonial angle

the thing here is , it is dependent upon your masseter muscle insertion , if you have high masseter muscle insertion and if you chew a lot , which leads to over development of them , then you will tend to get chipmunk like appearance or the one in before photo. all you can do here is either get botox or focus on masseter atrophy . REP ME

Yeah, look at Barret for example. He's got a short ramus length/bad gonial angle and his face from the front is bloated in the lower third.

(Gonions also matter as much as the things above do.)

Whether you're Masseter's are "high" or "short" is basically whether you're ramus is short or tall.

stfu low iq nigger, makes no fucking sense DNR
"Low iq" "DNR" Is all I need to know to know what type of person you are. Saying it doesn't make sense just because you don't understand isn't my problem, You're Ramus length correlates to where you're Masseter muscle sits. It's not a theory, It's a fact. You're Ramus being short = Less vertical height = Higher Mandibular angle. And vice-versa with a taller Ramus.

The masseters muscle literally start's from you're zygomatic arch, all the way through you're Ramus and mandibular angle. So when you're saying a masseter's insertion is "high" or "low" you're basing it off the relationship with the mandibular ramus.
