How does one larp for marpe

I need to get braces/Invisalign again after my bite got messed up from not wearing my retainer, my palate is kinda narrow my IMD is 33mm, and my maxilla is somewhat recessed so I’d like to get marpe or something too

How would I larp this to the ortho and what do I say/ what should I get

You should probably say that you are feeling discomfort because your tongue feels too wide for your palate. Say something along the lines of; "my tongue does not fit comfortably on the roof of my mouth". The main issue will actually be convincing your parents or guardians to allow and pay for the orthodontics. The dentists/doctors will probably be somewhat eager to install a device. Especially private dentistry practices, they profit directly from installing these devices so if you get your parents to let it happen it should be fairly easy.

but then won’t they just check the palate and possibly see the tongue fits fine? I’ve heard just saying I’m having breathing issues works but idk - and idk if it’s even worth it to push for it, I also need Invisalign so don’t know if both can be used at same time

I just want to start whatever treatment early as possible I’ll also be on hgh during it so hopefully that helps w bone mass
