I'm almost 30 and i've been contemplating living as a bachelor for the rest of my life.

Some background:

I'm good looking, I foresee myself having casual sex/relationships for at least the next five years. I'll probably use escorts after that
I plan to use a surrogate foid to bear me a child
I'm also considering getting a male roommate to keep me company and hangout occasionally. May be i'll hit up a struggling friend from college or whatever
I have a decent job. Although it doesn't pay a ton, It's very stable and low stress

Reasons I'm hesitant to do this:

Society might think I'm gay, impotent, creepy etc

• I might get very lonely in middle age. Most of my friends are married and they only spend time with their wives or other married couples
• Loss of status. From promotions to winning elections, married men fare better
• I might regret not living a normal life when I'm older

Reasons I want to do this:

• I hate women
• I hate the gynocentric marriage laws
• I don't want the responsibilities of a marriage. I might want to quit my job and move to a mountain cottage and live frugally or I might start a business and it may bankrupt me. Married men don't have the flexibility or freedom to do these things
• I don't have to worry if my wife is cheating and if my partner doesn't behave, I could always kick her out

If you really want to live MGTOW, you can be happy with:

- Having a purpose. A life goal that you can look back at old age and be proud.
- Having many friends (including casual relationships with women). Meet them regularly, go out, travel with them.
- Having money. If you invest wisely, you should be a millionaire at some point and be able to afford many luxuries.

I think that 80-90% of humans need a family to be happy, but maybe you are part of the 10-20% who do not. In that case, you can have a great life with friends, hobbys, vacations. Still, I would advice you to freeze your sperm. You can still have kids with 50 as a man, it's not optimal, but it's possible.

Yeah marriage plus kids, is a significant risk in the West that government will step in after a divorce to ruin your finances, life and access to own child.

Family bonds tend to be the strongest ones.
Hard to replicate with friends.
That's probably also a reason people want family.
