Take a safe material that can have impressions made on it (in this case a bite mark) such as a small piece of paper and put in your mouth and bite hard. Once done, take the material out and measure it with a ruler.

it's not super precise, but it's the easiest material to use if you won't see a professional. There are other things you can try if you have the materials. Just think of materials that you could bite into and see if you have them.
