OTC Hydrocortisone (1%) for nose-width reduction

I'm planning on using hydrocortisone to decrease the width of my nose, but I want to know when to apply it, and how often. Should I apply at night or day?

Preferably in the morning once a day since you want the effects to last during the day. Do your own research and rep me if this helps
