how does one start taking his life serious?!

I ascended a bunch this last year, now im facing real world problems tho.

I havent been ugly for some years. It just wasnt enough for me, now tho i feel quite confident with the way i look. The bigger problem is that i have no future ahead of me.

No way to make my dreams reality.
I am motivated to start doing something with my life, but im just lost. the real world is so much more confusing then i expected. and having been a neet for 3 years (im 19now) im pretty much thrown into the cold water.
I had servere depressive episodes for my entire live. and undiagnosed mental illness (wont talk about this more).

I started therapy a couple months ago. its honestly kinda cope, i dont really see a point in continuing it.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and got out of it? I would really appreciate any advice!​

that’s very good, i suggest you start being more social, a little hi there and a hello there can give you huge opportunities in life, why i told u to start a sport is because you’re forced to socialize, which helps a lot, id suggest wrestling or boxing, any combat sport builds great brothership amongst ur peers and helps a lot in life, speaking from experience

that’s great bro, i suggest u start reading philosophy, its a great read it helped me a lot, and my final piece of advice for you would be to look into christianity bhai, it helped me a lot, everytime i cried out to Christ he helped me get back on my feet, i hope you make it in life bhai

i dont like strict christianity or any religion really! but i could try to cry out to some higher being again. i tried before and it didnt work sadly.

i understand, we all have different paths in life bhai, but if you like reading i suggest you read the Bible, it’s as interesting as any other book i’ve ever read, it might get you interested too, and you don’t have to be too strict at first but slowly but surely start building up, God isn’t going to reject you when you try your best and fail, he rejects you when you don’t care
