Repfarmming is artificially increasing your reputation points beyond what would've been organically earned.

If it's not a planned effort with the intention of increasing them, you're probably fine. Friends and/of users you like, you're just naturally going to like their posts more on average. If you're having a conversation with a user you like, you're naturally going to like each other posts. It's how forums work.

Users who normally get in trouble for it are users who go out of their way to dramatically increase someone else's reputation points with the intent to get them in trouble, or they do it for their friends / themselves to get a higher post:rep ratio.

If you're concerned about it I just recommend just stop liking each other posts.
