Increase the quantity of what you are eating, 300ml of milk is 1 glass jfl.

Dont eat nuts or some shit because although it does have high protien you wont absorb any protien from those sources because it has shit amino acid profile and bioavalability. You are shitting most of that out lol.

Meat, fish, diary all have good bioavalability.


Just megadose everything you are eating.

protein powder is cheaper per pound than chicken most of the time and much more time efficient imo
Just buy protein powder in bulk during sales and that should be cheaper than having to eat more chicken
 
You do not need as much protein. 1.2 per KG of LEAN BODY MASS. More is meh

I eat 300 grams of lean chicken breast daily along with 2 whole eggs 6 egg whites etc along with dairy and other stuff

Closing in on 200 g protein a day

That's the way to go if u don't wanna rely on scooping protein powder

you need to eat more, since all macronutrients come with an attached amount of calories per g, there is a physical limit to how many grams of protein you can consume if you are restricting yourself to a low amount of calories. (1g protein ~ 4 calories)

canned fish, protein yogurt, chicken, lean ground beef/turkey, even drink bone broth if you can’t get yourself to eat actual food

I can eat 200+ protein in 1000 calories without protein powder, I don't know where you live but in Central Europe there quark. This is a yoghurt that has 350 calories per 500 grams and 60 grams of protein. Very good for cutting

A better alternative to this is making yoghurt yourself at home. Plus, feta cheese is great.

Eat more. Unless you are a really small guy or a woman, I don't see how 120g chicken is enough for one day.

Standard is 300-400g of chicken for one meal. That's an easy 60 to 80 grams of protein.
Same for red meat, a standard steak in a steakhouse is about 300 grams or more.

Add in a few protein puddings over the course of the day ($2) and maybe some cottage cheese and you will hit 150 grams with zero effort.
