Your speed of aging will literally determine how long you can slay and be good looking.
Imagine investing so much into your appearance just for it to decline in your 30s if you're not anti-aging maxing.

I want to be like Lure Hsu (~50 years old)

and Liu Xiaoqing (~75 years old)

Imagine being at that age, and STILL SLAYING, STILL SHARP, STILL HEALTHY, AND GETTING THE BENEFITS OF OLD AGE TOO!
Instead of balding, dull as a butterknife, being ugly, and being decrepit.

I have done a lot of personal research in anti-aging, and should do more.
I will do everything in my power to live as long as possible, being as good-looking, healthy, and sharp as possible.

like prettyboy archetype, being a great looking guy does require some female type beauty ontop of a dimorphic bone structure right. I didnt mean it in the tranny way, being a guy that mogs hard is the ultimate lifeform imo

I am financially limited to be honest but here are some good tips

Great sleep every night (sleep-wake same time), good (plant-forward diet), exercise, low psychosocial stress.
As well as some supplements (vitamins and minerals, omega-3, astaxanthin, lithium...), peptides (epitalon, pinealon, bioregulators), therapies (sauna, red light, hyperbaric oxygen), research compounds (indolepropionamide, bemitil)...

And in the future, longevity drugs and more advanced research compounds and peptides.

What type of exercise you will focus on? Cardio or strength?

What type of exercise you will focus on? Cardio or strength?
They're all important. Strength is especially important for sarcopenia (muscle weakness) prevention.
Cardiovascular exercise strengthens the cardiovascular system as well as the brain and other areas (only at a sufficient intensity).

High intensity cardiovascular exercise >>> moderate intensity.
20 seconds of HIIT > 20 minutes of moderate cardio. Been there, done that.

Mobility and flexibility is also crucial since folks see decline in their mobility and flexibility too. Things like stretching, parkour, hatha yoga or anything really that keeps you flexible is a good thing.

AFAIK one of the strongest correlations with people deathly afraid of aging is being a FOMO victim, the type of guys who had absolutely nothing going for them until their 20s (no friendships, no experiences, no romantic action etc.) so now they feel the need to compensate and buy time.

Itโ€™s the same fear as death at the end of the day, the fear of running out time
Like death you can stave it off a bit (at a cost) but itโ€™s inevitable eventually

Have basic anti-aging protocols in the same manner as you would take care of your health and donโ€™t stress about it otherwise because stressing wonโ€™t change it

Yes.

Once I passed 20, I felt like 30 was quickly hurtling toward me.
Now I'm on the path to 30 and it feels terrifying.

I am nowhere near where I wish to be, who I wish to be .. all my hopes and dreams of my 20s have ran away from me

But time passes regardless, and the only option is to accept and try your best I suppose

20 to 22 within a blink of an eye

Everyday it feels like life is fading away

The only good thing is that most of the normies understand this stuff a bit too late

And by that time it's already over

What about guys who had nothing going for them until their 20s, and still donโ€™t have anything going for them throughout their 20s as well
