i mean, you can tell if a person is attractive or not even if the person is of the gender that you're not attracted to (so males in this case), you just don't get the urge to fuck them. and you can do this instinctively, this is not what someone taught you, just like it is with women. you could even make the point that men (or same-gendered-people, if you wanna make the case for both genders) are better at doing this because their less biased. if you ask a female which male is the most attractive one, they're just going to tell you which one they're the most attracted to (obviously), men instead are going to tell you which one they believe pulls the most women.
this might sound like i don't understand you point, i defnitely do. it's hard to say. i'd say one man is probable to be more accurate than one woman, but thousands of women (imagine a study or something) are probable to be more accurate than the single man.

That bias is what I'm really after tbh. I've seen numerous cases where odd looking men get labelled as "hot" by foids, some pslers call such people as outliers, but there are too many of those.

Same is the case with men rating foids tbh, even I can barely differentiate between the attractiveness bc of "the bias".

The bias is what makes honest rating from foids more valuable to me than males. After all they're the ones who I am after. But you're right, straight dudes are often capable of giving a good advice.
