How does the htn/chadlite/chad/ FOID conspiracy to marginalize sub-5 from social groups work?

Since I met the blackpill many episodes in my life took on a different meaning than I had given it. For example in high school I always hung out with awkward/nerds and kids with poor social skills, I never hung out with the popular ones, and I was never able to form a serious friendship/love relationship with any FOID outside the "acquaintance" range, never any girl I liked was able to approach me, nor did I ever share a bench with any girl. When I scrutinized about it at that age in my mind my ego (it protected me) said it was a product of us being different and not sharing the same tastes. Now I know that it is because we are a "different breed", the forward-projected jaws vs. the recessed and boneless ones, and that is why I was marginalized from their meetings, parties and groups.

Now the question is how does it work? The normies marginalize us by rationalizing their discomfort towards us; for example, if a guy is ugly their mind rationalizes that he is a bad person or by open conspiracy among themselves to exclude ugly people ?

Well, they just see you are ugly, and immediately feel uncomfortable, there's no conspiracy here, just instincts kicking in. They might tolerate you, if you talk about stuff related to school/work, but if you try to be more friendly and get closer to them, you will appear creepy, cringy, try-hard, etc.
