U are in mother and u just the evil of the outside world penetrates, you don't need anything because you already have everything In your mother's belly .

The end of "Unconscious whitepill" and start of the "Bluepill"
u are 1yo
U are a child but u already a member of modern society because of u being a kid u see world only in one way u you absorb everything that your parents/society/school have taught you since childhood, etc
This is the longest phase somebody stays here forever
I got bored and tired typing all that soo in conclusion
