How does the West suck so bad at certain cosmetic procedures?

Compared to Turkey, it looks like the surgeons here are completely incompetent when it comes to hair transplants and rhinoplasties. You see celebrity plastic surgeons who are renowned for their work and this is the absolute dogshit result:

The hair is good but the hairline is freakishly straight. Plus top and bottom don't seem to have the same objective. One knows that it is over for head whilst the other (I think) tries to make his real hair grow as the same time as the plant
