How does this guy have perfectly almond eyes with no lower eyelid droop despite having recessed infraorbitals?

Are infras just cope?

wym recessed infras? you mean negative orbital vector?

negative orbital vector means when the cornea protrudes further than than the malar eminence (zygomaxillary complex). His malars are good which is why he does not have the bug eye look. Having "recessed infras" (eyes that protrude further than the orbital rim) isn't a flaw unless you have a flat midface and bad forward growth. Angelina Jolie is nice example of an attractive person with protruding eyes (eyes that protrude further than the orbital rim). She is attractive because of her amazing zygos and forward growth.

Having deeper set eyes just makes it easier to have positive orbital vector. It doesn't matter much whether you have recessed infras or not (up to a certain threshold of course), it's about the cornea and malar eminence distance, the malars should protrude much further than the cornea/eyes as much as possible to give that deep set look.
